Filtered by nothing but the earth itself.
Our water begins in a pristine, protected underground aquifer, naturally filtered as it flows through layers of porous rock — straight into our facility for bottling and delivery to your home, office, or restaurant.
An independent, family-owned spring water company — not a corporate conglomerate.
One family, one spring, run the way it's always been run — independent of any corporate conglomerate, venture capital, or holding company.
Somewhere around sixty percent of the human body is water — so what goes into it, the family reasoned, had better be worth the trust. That reasoning is what led them to buy the spring and the land around it, in Avoca, New York, in 2003.
It took two years to build the 7,200-square-foot purpose-built facility that stands there now — the vault, the equipment, the process, tested and adjusted until it was right. In June 2005, we delivered our first customer bottle. The aim hasn't changed since: keep the water as close to what the spring gives us as the equipment allows.
Learn our history →Our Freshwater Spring
Located 70 miles south of Rochester, New York, our spring was created by the same glacial forces that carved the Finger Lakes. Today, the Avoca Water spring provides a steady 50 gallons a minute year-round — enough that supply has never been a concern, even in the driest summers.
From vault to bottle, without a hand touching it.
Collected
Before it ever reaches the surface, our water is gathered into a sealed stainless-steel vault — untouched by the world above.
Filtered & treated
A 1-micron absolute filter removes sediment; ultraviolet light and ozonization handle the rest — no chemical aftertaste, just natural, clean water.
Cleanroom Processed
Each bottle is washed, filled, and capped in our custom clean room, held at a controlled 130°F — any hotter and it breaks down the detergent that gets each bottle sanitized. The entire process is mechanical; no human hands touch the water.
Spring water in 5-gallon cooler bottles
One spring, in Avoca, has been giving up this water for more than a hundred years — quietly, the same way, fifty gallons a minute through the same stretch of Steuben County limestone and shale. Calcium, magnesium, potassium, silica — the minerals were already in it before we ever touched it. We don't add anything. We don't need to.
